Corn Soufflé

 
Ingredients:

1 14 oz can creamed corn

1 14 oz can corn niblets

1 egg

1 stick butter

1 small onion

1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix

1 8 oz container sour cream

     
Directions:  
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Grease 9in square baking pan

  3. Chop onion and sauté till lightly browned

  4. Mix all other ingredients together

  5. Add browned onions

  6. Placed in to baking pan and bake for 1 hour until top is lightly golden brown.
