We understand that corporate
wellness is an investment into your business. We offer a variety

Our
experienced advisors will guide your committee to understand
your company's health, from demographic profiles, to a company “health”
profile that identifies health risks and how
these effect the bottom line. Heart Screen will work
with you to create a customized
program that meets the unique needs of your company and employees. Incentives will
be suggested to encourage employees to participate and be rewarded
for making sustained health changes.
Heart Screen
can perform
health risk assessments as well as biometric testing. The health
risk assessment will question employees about nutrition,
exercise, stress and family history. Biometric tests include
cholesterol, HDL and LDL, triglycerides, glucose, body mass index,
hip waist ratio, blood
pressure and many others. Results
are available immediately followed up with counseling and
educational materials. Health Educators will provide guidance and
recommended steps to address any problem areas and provide
educational literature. Individual information may be made available
online for employees to access.
Upon
completion of the screening tests, you will receive aggregate
reporting citing the overall health of your employee
population.
Our
Aggregate Reports
provide an analysis of health risks, profiling the population
and identifying highest risk members by employer group.
Aggregate reports include time-over-time and
population-to-population comparisons.
Health and
Wellness-Improve Lives
Many companies
are not waiting for their employees to volunteer and are
bringing these wellness initiatives to the workplace. They are
even making it mandatory. Most
people do not learn about medical issues until they are in their
most advanced stages. Imagine the impact of alerting employees
that they have high cholesterol, high blood pressure or even
colon cancer for which they were previously unaware. The only
option is to change the focus of our efforts from managing
healthcare to managing health. Our wellness efforts and early
screenings for diseases are designed to alert employees to problems that can be
controlled early.
A company health profile
will enable you to plan future programs and monitor the long
range goals for a healthier workforce. |
